 We want to thank you for your interest in Middlesex Professional Services, Inc.

All new physicians joining our organization must be licensed and eligible for credentialing by MPS.  All members must complete the application and credentialing process before being voted as full members by the Board of Directors.  Upon completion, new members are issued one share of common stock.  This common stock gives shareholders voting rights, and all other membership privileges.
